Due to the ever increasing shortage of mineral transformer oil, it is imperative that we protect our dwindling stocks of this commodity.
Transformer Oil is regenerated (in-situ) in the transformer, as well as in our works. This process removes oxidation by products, moisture, and acidity as well as lightens and brightens the product. Supply and deliver Transformer Oil are supplied in bulk loads delivered in specialized, dedicated road tankers, 1000 liter flow bins or 210 liter drums.

Simply implies the removal of impurities such as moisture, gases and dirt from the oils. Purification however, can be effected on-site and on-load.

It is essential to sample oil correctly. The value of the information gained by testing an oil sample represents the true condition of the oil in the transformer. All our field technicians are trained and equipped with all the tools and equipment necessary to take oil samples.
Testing is done at an independent laboratory and oil sample results and recommendations are given out.
Typical tests carried out during the laboratory analysis of an oil sample include:
